The Anima Experience is a monthly gathering. Each session stands on its own — you can join at any point and get full value from wherever you are.
This month we’ve been looking at the patterns your nervous system learned — the stress responses that show up in ordinary life, the inner critic that borrowed someone else’s voice, the self-sabotage that isn’t actually sabotage. These aren’t character flaws. They’re adaptations. And they live somewhere specific: in the body, in the breath, in the automatic responses that happen before conscious thought.
This session is where understanding becomes something you can actually feel — in your own body, in real time.
We’ll spend time in guided somatic exploration, small group sharing, and honest conversation. You’ll leave with a handout and a daily practice you can use immediately — a direct continuation of what we started in Session 1.
